Hi, I’m Samantha, a trauma-informed therapist who works with adults who feel stuck in survival mode. Do you often feel anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from yourself and others?
Many of the clients I work with have been carrying the weight of trauma, chronic stress, or difficult relationships for years. They often know they’re “high functioning,” but feel burned out, on edge, or unsure how to feel safe in their own body and mind again.
I’m trained in EMDR and specialize in helping adults heal from PTSD and trauma-related concerns, as well as anxiety, attachment wounds, and nervous system overwhelm. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. We don’t just talk about symptoms, we work together to create real relief and sustainable change.
I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Kentucky, and I believe healing doesn’t happen through pressure or perfection, but through safety, trust, and learning how to come back home to yourself.

Individual Therapy
I provide individual therapy for adults dealing with trauma, anxiety, or stress in a confidential, non-judgmental space. Together, we set goals, build resilience, and enhance self-awareness.
I use a relational, solutions-focused approach and integrate evidence-based modalities including:
CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)
DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy)
IFS (Parts Work)

EMDR Therapy
I offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy to help adults process traumatic experiences, reduce distress, and promote healing. EMDR is effective for both major trauma (big-T) and everyday relational or developmental stressors (little-t trauma), including CPTSD.
I also integrate IFS (Parts Work) with EMDR to support deeper processing and emotional regulation.
